ABOUT

Years behind the curtain

OF LISA

Lisa Anslow writes traditional family pantomime with a unique edge, designed for large groups. (Edits available if they are too big for your needs.)

She has performed in pantomime since childhood and, after an interlude, returned to the stage alongside her children — it was then that she became more involved in direction and choreography.

She began writing when her group were struggling to find suitable scripts. Whilst not everyone wants a leading role, they all wanted to feel more involved — so parts were created for all ages and abilities.

The scripts are easy to stage, using regular front-of-curtain segments to allow for simple scene changes. All come with props lists, scenery requirements, and song suggestions, chosen for maximum impact and to fit the flow of the script.

Most importantly, the cast have so much fun putting on the shows — and the audience feedback is fantastic.

Trusted by Palace Players, Ibstock, Leicestershire — who have performed Lisa's scripts for the past eight years.
